Every company that seeks to be successful in the federal government market place must do three (3) things. Companies must:
1. DISTINGUISH itself from the pack;
2. Locate and qualify opportunities that it can REALLY win; and
3. UNDERSTAND, first, the INFRASTRUCTURE (the rules and regulations) governing and, second, the PLAYERS (agencies, buyers, and competitors) involved in the procurement of products and services it sells.
